Architect and Head of Technical Team
Pearl A. B. Ogyiri is a Managing Partner and the Head of the Technical Team. In performing her role, she has managed many multi-site tenders, multi projects and mobilizations in the remote, difficult and high end operating environments (from residential, educational to health). She has managed project in over 25 Districts in Ghana with extensive travel.
She is an Architect by profession with BSC. and PGDip degrees in Architecture from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She has more than a 15 years experience in her area of expertise and is very passionate about what she does and in sustainable design.

Brian Ogyiri, PE-GHIE
Principal MEP Engineer and Operations Manager
Brian Ogyiri has a career as an Electrical and Electronics Engineer professional who also specializes in Home and Office automation and solar installations and has over 15 years working experience in the Consultancy and Construction Industry.
He holds a BSC degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.Brian is currently the head MEP Engineer in charge of all Bexcon’s Operations and Automation. He has extensive experience in multi disciplinary projects.

Yaa Tanoah Mensah is an accomplished Architect with over 17 years of professional experience in architectural design, project administration and project management. She has successfully contributed to and managed multiple large-scale projects across diverse sectors, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise and a deep understanding of project delivery processes.
She holds both a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree and a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Her extensive experience, combined with her commitment to excellence and innovation, has positioned her as a highly valued associate of the Team.

With a strong understanding of operational processes and modern technology infrastructure. His expertise spans systems administration, technology integration, operational support and process optimization.
